Shipping in Colombia
  • We ship within Colombia with FedEx , and the shipping cost is $15,000 COP. You will receive an automatic email from FedEx to the email address you registered during checkout with the tracking number so you can track your order.
  • Delivery times will depend on the time and day you place your order, as well as the city you live in, as delivery times vary depending on the area. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
International Shipping
  • We ship internationally with FedEx. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the products and your area. Delivery time depends on the area and customs controls in your country. You will receive an automatic email from FedEx to the email address you registered during the purchase process with the tracking number so you can track your order.
  • We cannot guarantee whether or not additional taxes will be charged once the package reaches the destination country, as each country has different customs laws. These costs must be borne by the customer receiving the package. Please check with your country's customs department to determine these costs.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Product Change Request:

  • Product exchanges must be notified through our contact form or by email at info@soylatinlover.com , specifying the purchase order number, full name, cell phone number, and an explanation of the reason for the exchange. We will respond to this request and inform you of the procedure to follow.
  • Exchange requests can only be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. After these 30 days, exchange requests cannot be submitted.
  • If you apply for an exchange, the garment must be in the same condition as when received. It must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, and it must retain the original tags. If any of these conditions are not met, the product cannot be exchanged.
  • Once the exchange request is approved, the customer must pay the cost of shipping the product to Latin Lover®. Latin Lover® will pay the cost of return shipping to the customer's address.
  • Promotional products cannot be exchanged.
  • The stockings have no change.
  • The purchase of Mystery Box cannot be exchanged.

Product Warranty Request:

  • Product warranty requests must be submitted through our contact form or by email to info@soylatinlover.com , specifying the purchase order number, full name, cell phone number, and an explanation of the situation (attach photos). We will respond to this request and provide you with the next steps.
  • Warranty claims can only be made within a maximum of thirty calendar days after receiving the product. Warranty claims cannot be made after this thirty day period.
  • The warranty will not apply in cases where the garment has been damaged due to misuse, improper washing, accidental damage, or other causes. Latin Lover® will review the case and determine whether or not a replacement is eligible under warranty.
  • If the warranty request is approved, Latin Lover® will collect the product and return the replacement to the customer's address within the following days.
